Riccò ‘ACACIA’ honey comes from a 100% organic Modenese beekeeping farm. Locally produced honey; light and delicate, with sweet notes, it goes well with various ages of Parmigiano, from the most delicate (10-18 months) to the slightly more intense (24-30 months), which accentuate the aromaticity and flavour of the cheese.
